What this platform stores about you, and why.
This is an operational draft describing how the platform currently works. The binding version is pending review and is not a legal undertaking.
What is stored
Your account: an email address, a name, and whether that address has been verified. Passwords are stored only as a hash and are never readable.
Your delivery addresses, so an order can reach you. Operations staff can see that you have addresses on file; the addresses themselves appear on an order that needs them.
Your orders, designs, quotations and reviews.
Reference images you upload to a design. Location data is removed from a photograph when it is stored.
Who can see it
A studio sees a design you sent them, the reference images attached to it, and the delivery address of an order they are making — because a parcel cannot be sent without one. They do not see your email address, your account or your other orders.
Nothing you upload becomes marketplace imagery. Your reference images are served only to you, the studio you sent them to, and our team.
What is not done
No automated system analyses your designs or your uploads. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party tracking script.
