Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how a handmade piece reaches you.

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard delivery is free on orders over SAR 500 of goods.

Those windows begin when a parcel is handed to a courier. A handmade piece is made first, and each studio publishes its own production time on the piece itself — so the total wait is production plus delivery.

A basket with pieces from two studios ships as two parcels, because two people made them in two places. Delivery is quoted per parcel.

No courier is connected to this site. When a studio hands your parcel over, whatever reference the courier gave them is recorded on your order by hand and shown to you as such.

Where we deliver

Within Saudi Arabia. Addresses are collected in the Saudi national format, including the building and additional number.
